Application Fee

  • Initial Submission: Free. There is no cost required to complete and upload the preliminary evaluation materials.
  • Selected Artists Note: A customizable selection fee is applied exclusively to chosen artists who successfully pass the curatorial review board and wish to proceed with official publication (tiered depending on the final editorial selection results).

Application Requirements

All submitted portfolios must be formatted precisely in English and uploaded through the website form. The digital dossier must incorporate:

  1. Biographical Information: A professional biography written strictly in the third person.
  2. Artist Statement: An articulate overview of the concepts and practices governing the work, also written in the third person.
  3. Open Cloud Folder Link: An unrestricted, password-free link to an open shared directory (such as Google Drive or Dropbox). This folder must house high-resolution image files along with a text document detailing metadata specifications: Title, Medium, Dimensions, Year, and structural CV notes.(Note: Loose file transfers via WeTransfer or locked cloud folders will trigger automatic rejection).

How to Apply?

Artists must upload their completed data packets through the formal online form on the organizer’s website. Applications sent natively via email will be automatically discarded without a review.
