Title & Description
MUUS Collection Research Fellowship 2026: Photography Archive & Scholarship
Launched in 2026, this fellowship invites a curator or academic to dive deep into the MUUS archives over a twelve-month period. The goal is to develop a novel exhibition or publication concept that offers a fresh perspective on the 20th-century masters in the collection's care. Fellows will have exclusive access to physical works and ephemera—such as journals, contact sheets, and cameras—complemented by the state-of-the-art MUUSEUM online research portal. This initiative seeks to bridge historical preservation with contemporary interpretation, supported by mentorship from a world-class advisory board.
