Visionary Art Collective is a New York City-based contemporary art & artist development company whose mission is to uplift artists through magazine features, exhibitions, podcast interviews, and mentorship programs. It was founded in 2020 by Victoria J. Fry, who has since worked with over 300 artists to help advance their careers, partnering with curators and gallerists to organize group exhibitions and publish New Visionary Magazine. Beyond the magazine, the organization runs Warnes Contemporary, a gallery in Brooklyn, and the New Visionary Podcast for artists and entrepreneurs, alongside mentorship offerings including 1:1 sessions and a self-guided artist statement workshop.
This issue is guest-curated by Michelle Brandt, Founder and Director of Brandt Gallery and Pecha Projects, a project space dedicated to immersive, culturally specific exhibitions and underrepresented voices. Brandt has spent more than a decade working as a gallerist, curator, and arts advocate; she is a graduate of The Ohio State University, has served on the Short North Alliance Board of Directors, chaired public art projects throughout Columbus, juried numerous regional and national exhibitions, and curated major projects including a 50-state veterans portrait exhibition at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum.

New Visionary Magazine is a print and digital publication from Visionary Art Collective featuring contemporary artists, exclusive interviews with art world professionals, and art career resources. This 18th issue is curated by gallerist and curator Michelle Brandt, and invites submissions from artists internationally, across all 2D and 3D mediums. Selected artists will receive a two-page spread in the magazine, including a Q&A and multiple images of their artwork.

Program Benefits & Awards
- Selected artists receive a 2-page spread in New Visionary Magazine, including a Q&A and multiple images of their artwork
Application Fee
$30 for 3–4 images, $35 for 5–6 images, or $40 for 7–8 images. Fees are non-refundable; proceeds go toward funding the platform, offsetting operational costs, and compensating the team and curators.
