Sfumato Spring Group Exhibition 2026: International Open Call.
This year’s theme is OPEN, providing a limitless space for artistic expression across all styles and concepts. This call is designed to connect a broad audience of curators and collectors with a diverse cohort of international artists. The exhibition highlights include a professional online gallery and a curated physical archive in the form of a print publication.

All 2D & 3D Mediums, including Painting, Drawing, Photography, Digital Art, Graphic Design, Prints, Fiber Art, Collage, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Ceramics, and Installation Art.
Eligibility
- Location: Open to artists worldwide.
- Experience: Artists of all backgrounds and career stages are encouraged to apply.
- Volume: Applicants may submit 2 to 5 images of their work.
Program Benefits and Awards
- Online Exhibition: Featured showcase on the Sfumato website for global visibility.
- Professional Print Catalog: Every selected artwork will be included in a professionally designed print catalog. This publication will be available for purchase worldwide, providing artists with a tangible record for their portfolios.
- No Commission: As with Sfumato’s solo calls, the focus is on artist growth and professional documentation.
Fees
- Application Fee: None (Participation is completely free).
Application Requirements
- Images: 2–5 high-quality images (300 DPI, minimum 800px wide, max 10MB per file).
- Formatting: Images must be cropped to show only the artwork (sculpture and ceramics excepted).
- Labeling: Name, Title, Medium, Dimensions, Date, and Price.
- Documentation: Biography (max 3000 chars) and Artist Statement (max 3000 chars).
